Ying Yang Yoga

A class to Gently transition the body from the lunar “Yin” quality of sleep, into the more active or solar “Yang” energy of the day.

The class will begin with a short meditation and qigong sequence to tune the mind into the subtle energies of the body. A series of Yin yoga postures will follow, targeting the connective “yin” tissues of the physical body. Then building from the ground up we will flow seamlessly into the “Yang” quality of the sun salutation. Building heat and action in the body, breath, and mind. Preparing us for the day ahead.
