Kick off the festival with an inspirational speaker + awesome food and drink. 

Friday 

Start your day: 

Each day at the festival starts with your choice of Morning Movement and a healthy continental breakfast before we kick off the day. 

Morning Movement Choices: 

  • Morning HIT Express with Trish Araujo, Owner of Door County Fitness Studio

  • Sunrise Garden Meditation at Flying Tractor Farm with Sarah Evenson, Farm Manager & Program Director

Morning Workshops + Talks

Lunch & Panel : 

Enjoy a healthy lunch provided by festival supporters. 

Over lunch, take in the Nutrition Panel featuring experts and practitioners. 

Afternoon Workshops + Talks

Afternoon Offsite Excursion Choices:
