Intro to Meditation
Presented by Brigid Shannon, Ironwood Yoga
Sunday at 9 am
You can meditate anywhere. It doesn't have to be at an ashram, it doesn't have to be done in a temple. It can be done at your workdesk, it can be done in your car, it can be done while in line at the bank. It can literally be done anywhere, for any amount of time.
In this class I will explain a few basic meditation techniques, and then we will put them into practice. There will be time for discussion and questions as well. No previous experience necessary. Come with an open mind and wear comfortable clothing!
Location: Kress Pavilion Great Hall
