Learn how easy and fun it is to make your own kombucha. This sweet fermented tea drink is great for improving gut health and a good source of daily probiotics. During this session you learn how to make first ferment kombucha, plus go home with your very own scoby to continue brewing at home. Find out all the added health benefits of this delicious refreshing drink as well as all the different flavors combinations you can make.
You will learn: how to ferment kombucha at home, second ferment for flavor and fizz and the health benefits of fermented foods. You will leave with a jar of starter liquid and scoby to brew at home and an instruction sheet

Mary owns Tapuat with her husband, Nick. They have been brewing Kombucha together since 2006 and Tapuat is now distributed in six midwest states with their home base in Sister Bay, WI.
