The Transformative Process: Goal Realization for a Lifelong Wellness Journey
Workshop Presented by Megan Lundahl, MA, Integrative Health & Wellbeing Coach
Sunday at 10 am
Change and transformation are cornerstones of the human experience, yet so often we find ourselves burdened by the stressors of every day life, clouding our vision and skewing our thought processes. This can often make our wellness goals feel out of touch and out of reach. By implementing just a few key practices focused on realizing your own knowledge and power, you can indeed learn to honor your journey to lifelong wellness and embrace change as part of the transformative process.
