In a world full of increasing “screen time”, everyone could benefit from learning how to keep your back as healthy as possible. Whether you sit in an office all day, read books on your phone, use electronics only for recreation – this class offers something for all.
Explore common mistakes, warning signs and symptoms, and the impact of prolonged sitting and poor alignment on your back.
Then learn the most advantageous exercises, body mechanics, postural enhancements, and tips and tricks to achieve optimal spine health. This class will include a demonstration of the very best stretching and core stabilization exercises to get and keep your back on track.

EVOLVE Physical Therapy
KellyFagundes is the owner of and licensed physical therapist at EVOLVE Physical Therapy. She has over 15 years of clinical experience with her main focus in outpatient orthopedics. She is a graduate of Saint Louis University where she earned the degrees of B.S. in Exercise Science (2001) and Master of Physical Therapy (2004). Before planting roots in 2010 in Door County, Kelly has worked and trained with multiple premier healthcare networks in Chicago, Madison and St. Louis. Her love of exercise, fitness and PT experience inspired the opening of northern Door County’s first private boutique PT practice in fall 2017.
