In 2001 a friend asked Kathy, “Do you want to join me for a yoga class?” Kathy was hooked, discovering the physical movement quieted her busy mind and the teachings helped balance her life. Several years later, she was inspired to share the beautiful practice and began teaching yoga. 
Yoga lead to the teachings of Ayurveda, which is a Sanskrit word meaning “wisdom of life.” Considered a healing science, Ayurveda encompasses bodywork, food, encouragement and the discovery of a peaceful, authentic self. After years of study and training, Kathy is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner practicing in Green Bay.
