The Clean Plate
Workshop presented by: Morgan L. Meadows, M.Ed., Consultant and Greens N Grains Team Member
Saturday at 3 pm
How do we balance our lives with an enjoyment of wholesome food and a light touch on our carbon footprint? Let’s have that conversation together. We’ll do some navigation through mixed media messages on nutrition, local food security and sustainable farming , and buying organic or grass fed. The Clean Plate promises to be a lively workshop on transforming our relationship to local food, care of the planet, and personal well-being. A toolkit will be provided.
