Gong Meditation: Jon Mueller
Sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, influence how we feel and function. Sound healing practices like a Gong Bath use vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and well being for better health.
Jon's intention is to create a unique listening experience for each individual by creating a variety of input both recognizable and not, understood and not. This gong bath will feature gongs of various sizes and types.
Jon Mueller has been a drummer and percussionist for over twenty-five years, performing throughout North America, Europe, United Kingdom, and Japan including the esteemed venues New Museum (NY), The Arnolfini (Bristol, UK), Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal, (Montréal, QC) and the Guggenheim Museum (NY).

Saturday Night Festival Experience
INtuitive Flow is a new creation built around developing kinesthetic awareness and trust in the mind/body/spirit connection. Designed by Anna Mae Beyer and Rev. William Ellis Bradley to guide the students into “letting go” of the rigid & logical “manas” mind, this class integrates the use of movement, breath, and sound to help students tap into their inner voice of expression and creativity. Drawing on both ancient & modern practices and techniques, we work from the outside-in so we can better live from the inside-out. The class begins with meditation & breath work, builds into a series of slow flowing movement and postures, and ends with an extended SAVASANA as we take a guided journey through the imagination and subtle energetic body.
Also, afterwards, join us for a sunset massage demo by Liz Heller on the deck.
Join us for a light breakfast at the Kress
